Penrose

Inspired by the impossible illustrations of M.C. Escher this table seems to change shape by perspective. The sturdy construction is reduced to right angles and incorporates an unusual fifth leg. This leg, while not serving an immediate function, serves the purpose of visual rhythm and creates geometric connections while looking at the table from an angle.
